State police at Fogelsville

State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported on several incidents:

A commercial burglary was reported at 4:07 a.m. May 28 along Route 309 in Lynn Township. The business owner said a man broke into the building and removed $500 in cash from the cash register.

• A 39-year-old New Tripoli man was cited for harassment by physical contact after a domestic dispute at 9:17 p.m. May 29 on Falcon Street in Lynn Township. The man and his wife were involved in an altercation. Police said he purposely tripped/.shoved the woman inside the residence, causing pain and tenderness in her left ankle.

• A 50-year-old man from New Tripoli is the victim of an identity theft case. Police said they were called at 2:38 p.m. May 22 to Camp Meeting Road, Lynn Township, where the man reported someone fraudulently created and opened a Bank of America account in his name.

Police said the victim was able to freeze all activity in his name and did not sustain any monetary loss during the incident.

• Police responded to a domestic dispute at 3:41 p.m. June 4 at a property along King’s Highway in Lynn Township and ended up citing a father and his daughter for harassment.

Police said upon arrival they found the 63-year-old man from Kempton and his 35-year-old daughter in a physical altercation on the ground. Both parties had to be separated and no one was hurt in the fight, police said.
