Winners of the Fourth Annual Claude E. Reinhard Telecommunications Scholarships were honored at a dinner hosted by Pencor Services.

They included Cassandra Kane, Tamaqua Area High School; Kaitlyn Horinko, Palmerton Area High School; Mary Margaret Marsden, Jim Thorpe Area High School; Kelsey Reinsmith, Salisbury High School; Alex J. Spence, Pocono Mountain High School; and Ashley Kemper and Savannah Graybill, Cocalico High School.

The scholarships honor the memory of Reinhard, who left his job as a research chemist at the New Jersey Zinc Company to follow his dream of starting cable television in the area.
