Dana Ann Fox, 52, of Allentown, was cited by state police at Lehighton for scattering rubbish after they were called at 11:32 a.m. June 2 to 390 Blue Mountain Road, East Penn Township.

Police said a resident told them Fox deposited household waste upon the Ashfield Playground.

Police said Fox was also charged with criminal trespass at the playground, having previously been told not to take garbage there, and that she had no privilege to be at the property.

She was also charged with disorderly conduct after refusing to vacate the property after being told to leave. Police said it is alleged she continued to throw garbage on the property.
