Jennifer Arroyo, 34, of Nesquehoning, was charged by state police at Frackville with harassment by physical contact after an incident at 4:46 p.m. May 24 at the Hometown Farmers’ Auction, Mahanoy Avenue, Rush Township.

Police said Arroyo and a 53-year-old woman from Harleigh were in an argument overwho the Harleigh woman hangs out with. During the the argument, police said, Arroyo pushed the woman in the upper chest causing her to fall to the ground.
