State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following incidents:
• Diane Caggiano, 48, of Saylorsburg, was cited for disorderly conduct after a disturbance at 3:36 p.m. May 11 at the CVS store, 209 and 115, Chestnuthill Township.
Police said she was refused medication at the store due to policy and became irate and began cursing and screaming at staff around customers.
The victim in the case is a 28-year-old woman from Saylorsburg, police said.
• Police were summoned at 8:23 a.m. May 8 to a site off Route 115 in Chestnut- hill to investigate a scattering rubbish case.
Police said the case is under investigation.
• A 56-year-old Albrightsville woman is the victim of a criminal mischief incident that police were called to at 9:09 a.m. May 10 along Route 534 in Penn Forest Township.
Police said the woman reported multiple fuses were removed from her pickup truck.
• Pamela Locola Mercedes, 55, of Effort, has been charged with retail theft/shoplifting charges at 1:50 p.m. May 17 to the Rite Aid store, 504 Manor Lane, Chestnuthill Township.
Police said it is alleged she took $104 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying for it.
Police said it was found the accused had previously committed retail theft charges multiple times. She is facing felony and misdemeanor or charges.
• Police said a traffic stop they made at 12:33 a.m. May 9 on Interstate 80 in Tunkhannock Township resulted in contraband being seized.
Police said they stopped the vehicle for a traffic violation, and confiscated contraband from inside the vehicle.
