Carl Jacob “CJ” Kern, son of Carl P. and Lisa Snell Kern, of Palmerton was named to the dean’s list in the College of Information Sciences & Technology for the fall semester at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park. Kern is a first year student studying Cybersecurity Analytics and Operations and is a 2022 graduate of the Palmerton Area Senior High School.
