West Penn Township police recently charged several people with violations:

• Rosemarie Gomez, 45, Bethlehem, transfer of ownership of vehicle; driving without insurance; drivers required to be licensed; and registration and certificate of title required on April 19.

• Ferdinan Irizarry Ayala, 50, Shenandoah: transfer of ownership of vehicle, required financial responsibility, unauthorized transfer or use of registration, drivers required to be licensed, registration and certificate of title required on April 28.

• Ramiro Bazan-Espinosa, 41, Tamaqua: operation following suspension of registration; driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked; required financial responsibility on April 26.

• Justo Ezequiel Suarez, 31, Philadelphia: operation following suspension of registration on April 24.
