Aidan C. Doyle, 23, of Coopersburg, escaped injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 6:55 p.m. April 30 on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

State police at the Pocono barracks said it happened at mile marker 71.9 in East Penn Township. They said Doyle refused a medical transport.

Police said he was driving a 2009 Hyundai Sonata northbound and was traveling too fast for conditions when it struck a concrete traffic barrier.

The car had disabling damages and was towed from the scene, police said.
