The Tidewood Corporation last night announced plans for a proposed condominium project near the Mahoning Valley Country Club.

Howard F. Miller, Tidewood president, said the project has been under consideration for two years. A 60-unit complex is proposed.

The price range for the units is estimated to begin at $65,500, depending on the type of unit and unit location within the project.

Miller is working with the real estate firm of Gene Durigan of Lehighton on the project. The architect will be Roy E. Bensinger of Tamaqua and the mechanical engineer will be Beitman Associates of Reading.
