State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported on the following:
• Police were summoned to a crash at 10:18 p.m. April 18 on Route 309 in Lynn Township. A vehicle traveling north left the lane of travel and drove over two cement traffic islands, coming to rest on the shoulder of the road.
Police said a woman reported the crash, saying she witnessed an SUV drive off in an unknown direction. Police said a tow-behind wood chipper was left at the scene.
• Connor J. Blawn, 22, of New Tripoli, was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 7:24 a.m. April 11 on Decatur Street in Lynn Township.
Police said he had neck and hip injuries.
Police said he was driving a 2013 Toyota Rav4 westbound when it veered into the eastbound lane and struck a 2020 Mercedes-Benz driven by Byron L. Zerphy, 76, of New Tripoli. He and a passenger, Diane M. Zerphy, 73, also of New Tripoli, sustained minor injuries, police said.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Blawn was cited for the crash.
• Police are investigating a theft by deception/identity theft incident.
Police said a 51-year-old New Tripoli man reported fraudulent bank accounts were opened between midnight March 8 and 12:33 a.m. March 31.
• A 51-year-old New Tripoli woman reported she was the victim of harassment in a domestic incident that happened at 1:50 a.m. April 7.
Police said they were called to a property on Allemaengel Road in Lynn Township where the woman said an argument turned physical when her boyfriend struck her in the neck area.
