I am writing this letter to endorse Joann Behrens to continue her work as the prothonotary for Carbon County. I have known Joann for more than 30 years. She has worked in the prothonotary’s office since 1979 and worked her way to being elected prothonotary, a position she has held since 2003.

Under her leadership, the office now is equipped with the technology necessary to continue to modernize the system for filing documents. Her vast experience and knowledge gained throughout the years will ensure the continued, efficient running of the office.

We can’t afford to risk placing this office in the hands of someone with no experience. I urge you to vote for the proven candidate, Joann Behrens for prothonotary.
