State police at Frackville are investigating the theft of hand tools and a tool box on March 30.

The tools and box were stolen from a worksite on Park Place Road in Mahanoy Township.

The owner said the tools were taken when he briefly stepped inside the building.

The tools include a 2AH Rigid Grinder with battery, a Ryobi 1.5 AH impact drill, a Hart took box containing various tools and a DeWalt extension set.
