Weatherly’s Madisyn vonFrisch will be continuing her academic and softball careers at Kings College.

The current Wrecker senior has played four years at the varsity level as a pitcher and outfielder.

During her high school career, she has recorded over 400 strikeouts and has thrown multiple no-hitters. She helped Weatherly to the Schuylkill League Division 3 championship and was named to the 2nd Team all-state squad.

The daughter of Matthew and Deana vonFrisch, Madisyn also participated on the Wreckers’ golf team. Some of her other school activities include Interact, SGA, FBLA, Science Olympiad, Envirothon, Kindness Club, Teens Against Tobacco Use and Yearbook.

vonFrisch is planning to earn a five-year Masters degree in health science and physician assistant studies.
