A 59-year-old Tamaqua woman was charged by state police at the Wind Creek Casino, Bethlehem, for defiant criminal trespass at 10:52 a.m. March 23.

Police said she was observed playing slots on the gaming floor of the casino after having entered onto the self-exclusion list. They did not release the woman’s name.
