March 31, 1992 - Northwestern’s track teams sweep rival Northern Lehigh in both team’s Colonial League openers. Jack Jupin captures three events in the boys meet during a 94-56 victory. Jupin wins the 100, and also takes the long and triple jump. He also anchors the winning 400 relay team. The Tigers also receive a pair of firsts from Mike Yost (110 and 300 hurdles) and John Galdieri (discus and javelin). Kathy Yost claims first in all three jumping events (long, triple and high) to help the girls register a narrow 72 1/2-68 1/2 win. Megan Shaughnessy adds a pair of victories in the 800 and 100 hurdles.
