Construction dispute

Debi Bachman, 43 Panther Run Rd., Jim Thorpe, has filed a civil action against Northeastern Site Developers Inc., Box 1750, Ablrightsville.The suit states on April 10, 2010, the parties entered into a construction agreement for a home at 42 Panther Run Road. An addendum was entered on March 8, 2011, to the construction contract.The suit further states construction began on Dec. 15, 2010, and finished on July 29, 2011, with the plaintiff moving in on Aug. 5, 2011.The suit alleges that the defendant did not fulfill all terms and provisions of the agreement and addendum by not performing certain things which are detailed in the suit.Damages in excess of $50,000 is sought plus interest, costs, and fees.Divorces startedJoseph D.
