State police at the Bethlehem barracks said they cited Christopher Conklin, 29, of Walnutport, for harassment following an incident at 10:19 a.m. Feb. 8 at 2524 Park Circle in Washington Township.

Police said the victim, Tia Knight, 29, of Slatington, told them she and Conklin engaged in a verbal argument regarding their children, after which time Conklin shoved the woman and left the scene.
