State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks reported on the following incidents:

• A Berks County resident is facing a simple trespass count. Troopers said Kalem Lutz, 33, of Mohrsville, entered onto the property of a 43-year-old woman from New Ringgold, located along Center Turnpike in West Brunswick Township, at 11 a.m. Jan. 13 after previously being told by the owner not to enter onto the property. Troopers said a citation was filed with a district judge charging Lutz.

• On Jan. 21 at 1:03 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop along Walnut Street in East Norwegian Township, of a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado truck. Suspicious activity was observed and a further investigation showed signs of impairment by the driver, identified as Kody Loudermilk, 27, of Tuscarora.

Troopers indicated he is facing a driving under the influence charge.
