State police at the Stroudsburg barracks said a cellphone was found in a drained reservoir in Smithfield Township.

Police said they were called at 3:51 p.m. Feb. 8 to the site, near Brushy Mountain and Reservoir roads, where the phone labeled “Zebra” was found.

Police are asking anyone with information on the phone to contact them at their barracks.
