Thatcher, 20, of Coaldale: Charged by borough police with possession of drug paraphernalia on May 28, 2016.He pleaded guilty, Domalakes sentenced him to time served to 12 months in jail.Derrick Simpson, 38, of Easton: Charged by Tamaqua police with simple assault and disorderly conduct on Oct. 30, 2016.He pleaded guilty to simple assault, and Domalakes sentenced him to time served to 12 months in jail with immediate parole.One additional count of simple assault and two counts of disorderly conduct were dropped.Nicholas E. Yasson, 49, of Coaldale: Charged by borough police with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on Sept. 29, 2016.He pleaded guilty, and Domalakes sentenced Yasson to one to 12 months in jail.Eric Brennan, 39, of Hazleton: Charged by McAdoo police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 12, 2014.Domalakes sentenced him to time served to 12 months in jail.Matthew M. Hartranft, 33, of Pottsville: Charged by Tamaqua police with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, terroristic threats and resisting arrest on March 2, 2016.He pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, terroristic threats and resisting arrest.Domalakes sentenced him to time served to 23 months in jail, with immediate parole followed by 12 months on probation.Domalakes also ordered Hartranft to undergo drug and alcohol and mental health evaluations.Charges of simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and violation of duty of operator were dropped.Jessica L. Brobst, 28, of Tamaqua: Charged by borough police with theft, theft by deception, and theft of services on May 18, 2016.Domalakes sentenced her to 12 months of probation. The charge of theft of services was dropped.Michael J. Harley Jr., 27, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and one each of theft, receiving stolen property, simple assault and harassment on Oct. 19, 2015.He pleaded guilty to the paraphernalia charge, and Domalakes sentenced him to 24 months of probation.Charges of possession of a controlled substance, theft, receiving stolen property, simple assault and harassment were dropped.Christopher Orfield, 36, of McAdoo: Charged by McAdoo police with disorderly conduct, simple assault, public drunkenness and harassment on June 18, 2016.He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, and Domalakes fined him $300.The charges of simple assault, public drunkenness and harassment and one additional count of disorderly conduct were dropped.Andrew R. Pollock, 29, of McAdoo: Charged by McAdoo police with harassment, disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and simple assault on June 8, 2016.He pleaded guilty to harassment and disorderly conduct, and Domalakes fined him $300.Charges of terroristic threats and simple assault and an additional count of disorderly conduct were dropped.Michael M. Sedlock, 30, of Tamaqua: Charged by state police at Frackville with criminal attempt - knowledge that property is proceeds of illegal act, criminal attempt - theft by deception, receiving stolen property, and theft by deception on April 22, 2016.Sedlock pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property and Domalakes sentenced him to the 46 days he'd already served to 23 months in jail.Richard Hornbeck, 47, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with intent to possess a controlled substance and conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance on Sept. 30, 2015.Hornbeck pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Judge Charles M. Miller sentenced him to time served to one year in jail with immediate parole.Johnathan C. Hindermyer, 38, of Tamaqua: Charged by Mahanoy City police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and failing to use low beam on March 9, 2016.He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, and Miller sentenced him to 72 hours to six months in jail, with immediate parole after completing the minimum; suspended his license for 12 months, fined him $1,000, and ordered him to perform 10 hours of community service.The remaining charges were dropped.Chelsea L. Walters, 24, of Tamaqua: Charged by borough police with endangering the welfare of children and possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 31, 2016.She pleaded guilty, and Domalakes sentenced her to one to five months in jail followed by 12 months of probation.Nicholas J. Tipton, 38, of Winchester, Kentucky: Charged by Tamaqua police with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 17, 2015.He pleaded guilty to the delivery charge, and Domalakes sentenced him to 21 to 42 months in state prison.The remaining charges were dropped.William H. Ladlee, 36, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with criminal trespass on Dec. 10, 2016.He pleaded guilty, and Domalakes sentenced him to one to two years in state prison.Daniel J. Leibenguth, 43, of Tamaqua: Charged by West Penn Township police with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving without headlights on Feb. 7, 2016.He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.Domalakes sentenced him to 72 hours to six months in jail followed by 12 months of probation. He also fined Leibenguth $1,000, and ordered him to perform 10 hours of community service.The remaining charges were dropped.
