State police at Lehighton reported on the following incidents:
• Troopers said David Frantz, 59, of Kunkletown, is facing charges including intimidating a witness not to testify on behalf of the commonwealth at a legal proceeding. The witness is a 48-year-old woman from Kunkletown. The incident occurred along Molasses Valley Road in Polk Township, Monroe County, between the time frame of Nov. 22 to Dec. 15, 2022. Troopers said he was arraigned before a district judge with bail denied. He is currently an inmate in the county prison in Snydersville.
• On Jan. 15 at 5:40 p.m. troopers responded to 3195 Forest St., in Towamensing Township, Carbon County, for an active domestic dispute. As a result Alanna Gerhardt, 50, and Drew Gerhardt, 58, both of Lehighton, were issued citations for harassment - physical contact.
• On Jan. 15 at 5:55 p.m. troopers responded to a residence along Ramblewood Drive in Ross Township, Monroe County, for a violation of a protection from abuse order. On scene troopers found Bryan Fratta, 41, of Saylorsburg attempting to gather belongings from a garage of the victim’s residence, a 44-year-old woman. He was placed under arrest for violating the PFA order by coming to residence.
