A Slatington driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash that was reported on Dec. 16 at 9:42 a.m. along Route 145, in North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County.

State police at Bethlehem said Jamie G. Cole, 37, was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Express van southbound when he failed to maintain his lane of travel. The vehicle went off the road and came to final rest in a creek with its passenger side door resting up against a tree.

Cole refused medical treatment. The vehicle had to be towed.
