SH police charge man in burglary

Summit Hill police have a warrant out for the arrest of Kory Sponheimer, 35, of Ulster, in connection with a burglary that happened on March 16 in the borough.

Police Chief Todd Woodward said Sponheimer is charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.

The chief said the felony warrant is the result of a recently-completed investigation into the burglary of a home at 228 E. Fell St. where multiple firearms and various other items were stolen from the residence.
