Daryl Ringler, 46, of Palmerton, is facing charges of providing false identification to police, driving while his license is suspended due to a DUI conviction, failure to maintain a lane of traffic and driving a vehicle without a valid inspection.
State police at the Bethlehem barracks said they observed him at 3:18 p.m. Dec. 17 driving a 2020 Ford F-150 on Route 873 in Washington Township when it completely left the northbound lane of travel, went onto the shoulder and into a grass and dirt area.
Police said the driver did not have identification and provided the name of his twin brother, Dennis Ringler, also of Palmerton.
