Palmerton Borough Council on a 6-0 vote Thursday approved the appointment of the following borough offices:

• Donna McGarry, manager, secretary, treasurer, streets commissioner.

• Kim Rodrigues, assistant secretary.

• Jenny Cheng, Esquire, solicitor.

• Nanovic Law Offices, alternate solicitor.

• Jeff Stewart, Esquire, labor attorney.

• Keystone Consulting Engineers, general engineer.

• Entech Engineering, sewer and water engineer.

• Duane Dellecker, uniform construction code administrator.

• Berks Enviro Tech, Inc., Allen Medeira, sewer enforcement officer.

• Brian Cobourn Jr. and Seth Bacon, sewer enforcement officer.

• Duane Dellecker, health officer.

• Kim Rodrigues, open records officer.

Also on Thursday, council approved appointments to the following boards and commissions:

• Joseph Slovick, one-year term, zoning hearing board alternate.

• Andy Jordan, three-year term, zoning hearing board.

• Donald Heiney, three-year term, shade tree commission.

• Bernie Shea, five-year term, municipal authority.

• Jarratt Trainer, four-year term, planning commission.

• John Woginrich, four-year term, planning commission.

• Terry Mertz, one-year term, emergency management coordinator.

• Donna McGarry, one-year term, representative to Carbon County Tax Collection Committee.

• Kris Hoffner, one-year term, representative to Carbon County Council of Governments.

• Donna McGarry, one-year term as alternate representative to Carbon County Council of Governments.
