State police at the Frackville barracks are investigating the theft of a catalytic converter off a 2013 Ford vehicle that happened between 3 p.m. Nov. 3 and 7:41 a.m. Nov. 4.

The complainant is a site foreman for the Quandel group.

He told police one of their work vehicles was left at a construction site at 430 S. Balliet Street in Frackville when the converter was cut off the vehicle.
