Christopher Shearer, 45, of Allentown, is facing multiple charges after an incident at 8:40 p.m. Nov. 23 at Penn’s Peak, Penn Forest Township.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said they were summoned there after Shearer was in an intoxicated state, shouting profanities at patrons and event staff. Police said he refused to leave the premises after being asked to do so several times by event staff.

Police said upon arrival, Shearer was shouting profanities at them and refused to comply with their directions.

He is charged with terroristic threats, persistent disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, trespassing and public intoxication.
