Lehighton Rotary hosts craft show on Saturday

Lehighton Rotary presents the 10th annual Lehighton Handmade Holiday Craft Show. Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Company, located at 2440 Fairyland Road, Lehighton.

Parking and admission are free.

Celebrating over 100 years of service to our community, Lehighton Rotary showcases local artisans and also promote donations to other local nonprofit organizations – in addition to Rotary.

The event features 50 artisans offering a wide variety of unique handmade-only crafts, indoors and outdoors in an updated layout to make for an easier, less-crowded flow for guests.

People can take photos/selfies with Santa Claus – All donations from this portion of the craft show will be presented to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in loving memory of Bob Eulo.

Buster the Clown will be on hand as well to entertain “children of all ages.”

There is a chance auction, nonperishable food drive – with all donations given to Zion UCC’s Delly Berger Feed a Neighbor Food Pantry; toiletries drive, with all donations given to St. Peter’s Community Resource Center; pet item donation drive for Carbon County Animal Shelter and Carbon County Friends of Animals.

The Fire Police will be on hand to assist with parking. All proceeds raised from their Fill the Boot Campaign benefit Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Company. Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Company will have their kitchen open throughout the day.
