Bonnie Muscle, 38, of 435 E. Elm St., Tamaqua, has been charged with receiving stolen property after an incident on Oct. 21.

Muscle was walking along Greenwood Street at 4 p.m. when she was observed by Tamaqua police. Knowing there was an active warrant for her arrest the officer stopped and arrested her.A pat-down search was conducted, turning up a Golf Buddy watch. The watch was reportedly stolen on Aug. 11, one of several items that was in a golf bag that was removed from a vehicle in the South Ward. In a twist, the golf bag was returned to its owner's front porch on Oct. 20, minus the watch.Muscle claims she found the watch in a pile of clothing.She was charged with receiving stolen property.
