Wilkes University awarded nearly 300 bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees during its summer commencement ceremony on Sept. 11. The event was held in the Arnaud C. Marts Center, 274 South Franklin St. in Wilkes-Barre.
David M. Ward, senior vice president and provost at Wilkes University, delivered the commencement address.
Degrees include:
Effort: Abigail Leach, Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in nursing; and Kathryn Spence, Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in nursing
Kresgeville: Danielle Burger, Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in Nursing
Lehighton: Angela Curry-Minuni, Master of Science in Education degree in education; and
Brandy Sawyer, Doctor of Education degree in educational leadership/curriculum and instruction.
New Ringgold: Kali Jones received the Master of Science in Nursing degree in Nursing
Saylorsburg: Krystle Meglio, Master of Science in Education degree in education; Ashley Thompson, Master of Science in Education degree in education.
Slatington: Morgan Farber, Master of Science in Education degree in education
Tamaqua: Aaron Gill received the Master of Science in Education degree in education
Walnutport: Natalie Schuler received the Master of Science in Education degree in education
