State police at Frackville
State police at Frackville State released information on the following cases:
• A 38-year-old resident on Clay Street in Philadelphia reported at 4:45 a.m. Sept. 9 that someone punctured the tires on his 2013 Kia Sorento that was parked outside his residence before fleeing the scene in a sedan traveling southeast in Clay Street.
• Police said they were summoned to Mazloom’s Bar on Valley Street in New Philadelphia at 4:38 a.m. Sept. 9 for a fight and determined a 28-year-old woman from New Philadelphia and a 21-year-old woman from Middleport were involved in an argument that turned physical, resulting in both of them being arrested.
Police said the two women sustained minor injuries in the fight.
• Charles C. Youmans, 53, of Ringtown, was charged by state police at the Frackville barracks with harassment after an incident at 7 p.m. Sept. 6 in Union Township.
Police said he threatened a 51-year-old Oneida man during the course of an argument.
• Adam Falu, 34, of Shenandoah was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Andrew Serina and committed to the Schuylkill County Prison, Pottsville, on charges of violating a Protection From Abuse order against him.
Police said the arrest came after they responded to an active domestic incident at 4:49 p.m. Aug. 28.
The victim is a 31-year old woman from Shenandoah.
• Police are investigating a burglary reported at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 22 on East Washington Street in McAdoo. A 58-year-old McAdoo woman who reported three Hispanic men entered the unoccupied residence and took a ladder and a red Coleman mini-bike from the basement of the home and fled the scene.
• Cynthia Alba, 39, of MaryD, is facing indecent exposure charges as a result of an incident at 5:46 p.m. Aug. 9 on South Main Street in Schuylkill Township.
The victims are a 40-year-old woman and a 5-year-old girl, both from MaryD.
• Police are investigating a burglary that happened between 6 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Aug. 31 at a home on Labenburg Road in North Union Township.
A 74-year-old woman from Zion Grove who said currency and coins valued at $540 were stolen when someone gained entry to her home. A 1887 Silver Morgan Dollar was among the items stolen.

• Christopher Place, 37, of Tunkhannock, was charged after police said he refused to pay a towing service that helped him out when he ran out of gas in his vehicle at 2:15 p.m. Aug. 14 on Interstate 81 in Ryan Township.
Police said Place refused to pay Interstate Exxon Towing of Barnesville for the services it provided him.
