Freeman, who also runs for a score, connects with Miller on a 10-yard scoring strike in the opening quarter. The two combine on a 22-yard TD toss in the second frame as the Indians, coached by Bill Brong, build a 20-0 halftime lead. In the third, the duo hook up for a 71-yard touchdown to keep their team in control. Dave Versuk collects 145 yards rushing on 27 carries for the winners, while Donald Fahringer adds a sack and a tackle for loss.
