Tyler Hager carded a two-over-par 74 to secure medalist honors, while Connor Reinhard followed with a score of 75.
Trey Spring led the Indians with an 85.
Palmerton improves to 5-0 on the season, while Lehighton slips to 1-5 overall.

Pleasant Valley opened the regular season with a 5-2 Eastern Pennsylvania Conference win over Northampton.
The Bears swept the four doubles matches, as the tandems of Emily Gately and Sofia Barragan, Brianca Pridham and Cecelia Cordova, Kassidy Shupp and Ryan Rosenberg and Carly Rehrig and Brinley Altemus were all victorious. Jordan Rosenberg also posted a win in singles action for PV.
