Palmerton, Tamaqua and Weatherly all posted boys basketball wins on Monday.
In girls basketball action, Marian, Northwestern and Palmerton all rolled to double-digit victories.

Nate Dougherty’s 17-point performance sparked Palmerton to a 58-41 Colonial League victory over Saucon Valley.
The Bombers’ Justin Hosier chipped in with 15 points, while Kody Kratzer followed with 14.
Brad Yeahl netted a Panthers-high of 11.

Trailing 32-18 at half, the Bulldogs went on to outscore the Slaters 24-12 after intermission, but couldn’t finish in the end.
The Bulldogs’ Jada Saeger led the rally by scoring 16 of her game-high 24 points in the second half.
Madison Kluska finished with a Slaters’ best 14 points.
