Mr. and Mrs. John Dedinsky of Jim Thorpe are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary on Wednesday.

The couple was married in St. Joseph Church in Jim Thorpe on June 15, 1957, by the Rev. Francis Adolf.

Mrs. Dedinsky is the former Irene Utrata.

John and Irene were blessed with three children, sons, John and his wife Debra, Thomas and his wife Tina; and daughter, Theresa and her husband Terry.

They also enjoy the company of four grandchildren, TJ, Eric, Joshua and Josh; and are fortunate enough to have three great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Cameron and Jackson.

John and Irene have spent all their married years in Jim Thorpe and look forward to the next 65 years together.
