Pleasant Valley’s Dominic Payan will continue his academic and athletic careers at Division 3 Virginia Wesleyan University where he will play baseball.

Payan has spent three years on the varsity squad for the Bears as a shortstop and second baseman.

He graduated with cum laude honors, won the scholar athlete and Bill Chapnick awards, as well as the exemplary player coaches award.

The son of Bruce and Danielle Payan and brother of Niko Payan, Dominic will study Criminal Justice at Virginia Wesleyan University.
