State police at Schuylkill Haven reported:

• On April 29 at 2:09 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop of a 2020 Subaru Ascent at North Centre and Peacock streets, in Pottsville, for a traffic violation. It was determined the driver, identified as Christine Verdier, 44, of Mary?D, was impaired and unable to operate a vehicle. A driving under the influence charge is pending.

• On May 10 at 9:12 p.m. troopers were dispatched to a child custody dispute in the 500 block of Blackwood Street in Branch Township that turned physical. The three were identified as Holly Deiter, 46, of New Philadelphia, Derek Crisafulli, 34, and Brett Rutecky, 43, both of Minersville and admitted to a minor scuffle. They were cited for harassment - physical contact.

• On May 12 at 7:29 a.m. troopers were dispatched to the Schuylkill Intermediate Unit school along Maple Avenue, in Norwegian Township, where a 16-year-old girl from Pottsville was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
