Three arrests are pending in a retail theft Christmas Eve at the Jim Thorpe Market.

According to Sgt. Michelangelo Bokeko of the Jim Thorpe Police Department, the suspects stole seven lobsters and were later apprehended.None of the suspects were armed, he added.The retail value of the lobsters was around $200.Bokeko said no names have been released as charges have yet to be filed.
