Marie E. Mayer was elected and installed as president of the Palmerton Concourse Club at last evening’s meeting held in the First United Church of Christ, Palmerton.

Other officers who will serve with Mrs. Mayer are Mrs. John Campbell, vice president; Mrs. Fred Schanstine, recording secretary; Mrs. Harry Snyder, corresponding secretary; Mrs. Conrad Samuelson, treasurer; and Mrs. Marvin Foley, parliamentarian.

The officers were installed by Mrs. J.J. Mikatavage, a club member and newly elected president of the Carbon County Federation of Woman’s Clubs.

Faith Gensler is the outgoing president.
