State Police in Bethlehem report on the following incidents:
• A 42-year-old Slatedale man contacted state police about a bad check incident at 6:28 p.m. April 6.
Police said they were called to East Grant Street in Washington Township where the resident said someone modified his check to a value of $9,200.
• Police were called at 5:28 p.m. March 21 to a property at the intersection of Bake Oven Road and Appalachian National Scenic Trail, Heidelberg Township, for a report of a missing and endangered person threatening himself.
Police said the person is currently getting behavioral assistance.
• Gold and silver bars worth $500 were stolen from a Slatington man.
Police said they were called to a home along Ventura Drive in Washington Township at 7:19 p.m. April 4.
A the 54-year-old resident told them someone stole a package containing the gold and silver as it was in transit.
• A package containing an ink cartridge was stole from the 8000 block of Rextown Road, Washington Township, Slatington.
The resident said at 1:50 p.m. April 5 that she never received the package that was reported as “delivered.”
The cartridge is valued at $458.95.
