Route 209 opened just after 4:30 p.m. Saturday in Chestnuthill Township. The road was closed for more than an hour after a waste oil spill from barrels that rolled off a truck. The incident occurred at the intersection with Village Edge Drive.

West End Fire Company, Pennsylvania State Police and Schliers were on scene.
