State Police at Bethlehem reported on the following cases:
A Slatington woman reported a harassment case which resulted in charges for Courtney Kleckner, 29, of Whitehall.
Police said the case was reported at 12:13 a.m. March 27 by a 31-year-old woman.
She said Kleckner is constantly sending, and having other people send, her unwanted messages via texts and Facebook messaging over the last several months. She changed her phone number on three occasions.
She also told police Kleckner posted her work and home address and vehicle descriptions on Facebook.
In another incident, police charged Joshua Torres-Castro, 43, of Danielsville, with harassment following incidents between May 21 of last year and April 13.
The victim is a 51-year-old woman from Stewartsville, New Jersey.
Police said Torres-Castro requested to speak with the victim at a bank branch, showed up at her lunch break, and parked near her vehicle to engage in small talk after being told not to do so.
