Katharine Diana Eslinger, 21, of Tafton, has been arrested by Pocono Mountain Regional Police on a charge of retail theft (shoplifting).

Police said the incident happened on March 7 at the WalMart store in Mount Pocono.Police said the store's loss prevention personnel caught the woman removing tags from several items and attempting to leave the store without paying for them.
