A Schuylkill County fire company has been cited by the state police Allentown enforcement office of the liquor control board.
Community Fire Company of New Ringgold, 25 E. Railroad St., New Ringgold, was cited for failure to maintain complete and truthful records covering the operation of the licensed business for a period of two years immediately preceding Feb. 6, the local option small games of chance act and the Department of Revenue regulation; failure to adhere to constitution and/or bylaws during period of Feb. 6, 2021, to Feb. 6; during the period of Feb. 6, 2021, through Feb. 6, failed to maintain records covering the operation of the food concession during the period of Feb. 6, 2021, through Feb. 6; and failed to maintain records in conformity with the liquor code during the period Feb. 6, 2021, through Feb. 6.
These charges will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offense and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses. In addition, the judge can impose a license suspension of revocation based on the severity of the charge brought.
