State police at the Belfast barracks are investigating a crash that occurred in Northampton County Thursday morning that has left three people dead.

Troopers said the crash occurred at 1:26 a.m. along Route 33 North in Bushkill Township. Troopers responded to the location and immediately determined there were fatalities. A press release from troopers said that an investigation is being conducted by state police collision analysis and reconstruction team, forensic services unit, the county coroner’s office and the county district attorney’s office.
