Daffodils are being sold throughout the week at area locations to benefit the Cancer Telethon. The telethon is being broadcast April 9 and 10 from Penn’s Peak.

Daffodils are $10 for a bunch, $12 for a pot, and $15 with a vase.

They are available at the following locations:

•Telethon Volunteer Office, 33 W Ridge St., Lansford, daily through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Hiles Bros., 160 E North St., Summit Hill, Wednesday and Friday, 11a.m. to 2 p.m. and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Redner’s Market,184 Market St., Nesquehoning, Wednesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Family Dollar, 700 E. Patterson Street, Lansford, Wednesday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• Donna Valent Income Tax, 302 E. Patterson Street, Lansford, Wednesday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Kotch Notary Services, 226 Center St., Tamaqua, Wednesday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Boyers Tamaqua, 6 p.m. Wednesday until sold out.

• Lehighton Outdoor Center, today until 6 p.m.
