The late Judge James C. McCready, Summit Hill, and the late District Attorney George Kerestes, Lansford, were eulogized during a special session of the Carbon County Court, Jim Thorpe, before Judge Albert H. Heimbach.

The judge accepted resolutions presented by members of the Bar Association, ordering them to be filed in the office of Prothonotary Joseph Modrick.

The judge also ordered copies of the resolutions be transmitted to Sue McCready and her son, attorney Thomas S. McCready, and Betty Kerestes, Lansford, and her daughter Peggy.
