Four people were seriously injuredSunday morning in a head-on crash on Spring Road, just south of Route 443 in West Penn Township. One man was flown to St. Luke's University Hospital-Bethlehem. The other victims, a 5-year-old child, a pregnant woman and another female, were transported to the Lehigh ValleyHospital-Cedar Crest. Township police are investigating.
