State police at Fern Ridge reported on an arrest made by troopers.

On Feb. 6 at 4:40 p.m. troopers were dispatched to the area of the 200 block Krystal Court, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a report of a dog running at large. Police found the dog and contacted the owner. The dog was returned to its home. The owner, Michael Tamraz, 61, of Saylorsburg, was cited for a dog law violation.
