The Jim Thorpe Police Department has arrested a man for identity theft after an incident at Through the Looking Glass Restaurant on Broadway.

On Oct. 20, police arrested Brad McClintock, also known as Mike McIntyre.McClintock was charged with identity theft, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received.McClintock was arraigned in front of Magistrate Edward Lewis of Jim Thorpe. His bail was set at $75,000 straight.McClintock was originally arrested on Oct. 17 by Jim Thorpe Police, and placed in the Carbon County Correctional facility.McClintock has two outstanding criminal warrants out of Camden County, New Jersey for theft by deception.Jim Thorpe Police are asking the public for any information they may have on McClintock, aka Mike McIntyre, or another alias that may have been used.Anyone with information is asked to contact Jim Thorpe Police at 570-325-4995.Additional charges are pending.
